When Whiteleys Retreat needed a dedicated base at Ayr Beach, Aroha Escapes designed and manufactured a bespoke facility providing secure storage for specialist beach wheelchairs alongside an operational office space. The building supports accessibility and inclusion, helping ensure a welcoming experience for visitors of all abilities.
Commissioned to support Whiteleys Retreat’s beach wheelchair initiative in Ayr, Aroha Escapes designed and manufactured a bespoke facility combining secure wheelchair storage with an integrated office space. Manufactured in our Ayrshire workshop and delivered as a complete solution, the building provides a practical, coastal-ready community base.

Durable low-maintenance materials were selected throughout to ensure long-term performance within the exposed coastal environment.
