We offer galvanized screw piles, concrete slab and concrete/timber post options which all have their place. Most clients with relatively level gardens opt for the metal screw piles as they’re installed on day one of the build with little mess which allows for the erection of the base and walls on the same day.

You absolutely can! We can recommend a HETAS approved retailer/installer and work closely with them during the design and construction of your garden room.

We supply full electrics including the fuse box and connection to your main fuse box at no extra cost. All electrical work is completed and certified by our electrical subcontractor. We also offer upgraded lighting and ethernet connection options.

We offer our clients the choice of either composite (fibre cement board) or timber cladding. The fibre cement board comes in many colour choices and can be specified with wood grain effect or smooth. Timber options include IRO heat enhanced boards, Siberian Larch & Western Red Cedar. Most of our garden room clients prefer the composite cladding as it’s low maintenance and requires a simple soap and water wash.

Because everyone has different flooring preferences and there are thousands of options, we do not include finish flooring. We’ll install your supplied flooring upon our 22mm chipboard sub-floor at no additional cost. We’ll supply and install the MDF skirting board once we’ve installed the flooring. *Additional charges may apply for flooring other than vinyl click or laminate.

Absolutely you can! We offer composite decking that looks like real timber as well as your typical timber decking boards as options. The composite decking boards are maintenance-free and are available in numerous wood grain depths and colours.

The first step in the process is for one of our representatives to meet you at the location for the initial consultation. We’ll then create 3D renderings of your desired design and provide them to you with our detailed quotation.

Assuming you’re ready to proceed, then we’ll send over the contract for review and execution and provide you with a start-on-site date.

The size of the garden room ultimately determines the amount of time required to complete but our typical duration is rarely longer than two weeks.
