On this project in Prestwick Ayrshire, we added a new extension to this family home adding a new kitchen, utility room and dining room creating a well-designed space the household can live in and enjoy.
First contact the client made with us they gave us a brief what they were looking for and the problems they had with their current set up. So, after the first meeting on site, we came up with a number of designs for each room and quickly came to the perfect proposal. Then we handled the planning process with our architect to get full permissions.
During the 9 week build we demolished the old building, which was the old coal shed that housed the previous kitchen, and completed a new building with all the internal finishings.
Working closely with all the same contractors we have had for a number of years, in most cases since we started, allows us to execute a project of this scale in a short time and to impeccable standards.
